You will discover a new destination in Mekong delta - Not many tourists come there- Cai Thia town, a small town in Tien Giang province with the famous Mango plantaions.
See the real life of the local people, join in their works, communicate with them to understand about the local life and their honest hearts.
Take a biking trip around one - two hours under shady trees of fruit gardens. Enjoy lunch with Vietnamese food on the boat along beautiful river. 
Stay 1 night in Vinh Long homestay, learn how to cook Vietnamese food with local people . Visit the early morning floating market in Can Tho city- Cai Rang floating market.

See a famous naural forest - Tra Su cajuput forest. Visit a rural village - Cham village - fish farm. Climb up and visit a Cave pagoda on the mountain. You will see a very beautiful scenery of rice fileds from there.
And a lot of interesting activities waiting for you!

PROGRAM DETAIL

Day 1 : Sai Gon - Cai Thia - Vinh Long( Lunch on boat, dinner in homestay)

08:00 am: We start to go to Cai Thia , a small town in Mekong Delta, around 2 hour driving in the Express way, you will see the very beautiful scenery with rice fields, vegetables plantations and the life of some farmers who work on the farms. 
When we get there, we will take a private boat to get a small island, where is very famous with Mango plantations. We will visit some local family to see about their works, to feel about their heart. We could learn how to make fresh rice paper, pan-cake ( Banh Tieu)...  You could join with them to make some surprises to your friends and your family. You will enjoy some special foods and tea with local people, which you cannot find in another place. 

Take a BIKING TRIP around 1-2  hour under the shady fruit gardens along river. 

After biking, we will get back our boat to take a short relax. In a few minutes, our boat will become " a small floating restaurant ". You will enjoy your lunch on the boat with Vietnamese food, especially, you will try a very special fish in Mekong Delta:" Elephant Ear Fish" with fresh rice noodle.

During lunch time, our boat will move to Vinh Long city, where is well-known as city of flower and bonsai plantations. We will enjoy the romantic and beautiful  scenery when waking on the local roads through bonsai gardens. We we visit some small factories making Vietnamese traditional products: coconut candy, pop rice, rice wine....

Get to Vinh Long homestay. You will join in cooking class with local people to make your dinner. Enjoy your free time in homestay. 

Finish the 1st day.

Day 2 : Cai Rang floating market - Can Tho city - Chau Doc ( B, L, D)

5 am : we start our tour early to get Cai Rang floating market - the biggest floating market in Vietnam. Enjoy some fresh fruits on the merchant's boat. You will see how they trade their products on the boats. After that, you will visit a beautiful and quiet fruit garden to enjoy many kinds of fruit.

Get to Ninh Kieu Port, you could go around and discover Can Tho city center, the second largest city in the South Vietnam.

We drive to Chau Doc. On the way, we will stop at a famous crocodile farm. Take a short trip around farm to understand about crocodile. After that, We will have lunch there. We have a chance to enjoy Crocodile-meat, a special food in our trip!

On arrival Chau Doc cruise through village of floating houses, where fish are bred in their natural environment and learn more about Cham culture while visiting a small village and its mosque.

End the day by visiting the Sam Mountain, we will visit Cave pagoda. Overnight in Chau Doc city .

Day 3: Chau Doc - Tra su cajuput forest -Ho Chi Minh city ( B- L)

After breakfast. A short drive to Tra Su Conservation- cajuput forest, board on an rowing-boat (depends on water level) or take a short walk (4km) to un veil the breath-taking scenery and the wildlife habitats of this sensational and unique Conservation.

It is a-thousand-hectare mangroves forest surrounded by paddy fields! Head to Tri Ton and continue our journey to Long Xuyen with a quick break to visit a beautiful Theravada Khmer Buddhist Temple of Xvayton.

Lunch stop at Mekong Rest stop then drive back to Saigon.
